Due to staffing changes in 2022, we are no longer able to offer a 24/7 after-hours service anymore. We will revisit this if future staffing allows.

AES North Coast will usually have someone at the premises the entire time overnight. It is advised to call ahead though due to ongoing staff storages and 24/7 availability.

What happens when you call us out of hours?

When you call 0266219811 outside of normal business hours, you will here our closed message & if you require emergency advice or service you are directed to Press 1 to be transferred to Ballina Coast Vets in Ballina, who will provide advice &/or organise your pet to see an after-hours vet.
