Due to staffing changes in 2022, we are no longer able to offer a 24/7 after-hours service anymore. We will revisit this if future staffing allows.

We currently refer all emergencies to
North Coast Emergency Vet in Bangalow

They will have someone at the premises the entire time overnight. It is still advised to call ahead.

What happens when you call us out of hours?

When you call 0266219811 outside of normal business hours, you will here our closed message & if you require emergency advice or service you are directed to Press 1 to be transferred to North Coast Emergency Vet in Bangalow, who will provide advice &/or organise your pet to see an after-hours vet.
